      The entire staff is continuously trained in and compliant with OSHA and HIPAA regulations. All employees practice Board of Health Standard Infection Control Procedures. Each team member is trained in the use of Autoclave sterilization. After cleaning, every instrument is placed in sealed bags and placed in an Autoclave. These machines sterilize instruments using heat, pressure, and steam to kill known viruses such as HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis and various other germs and bacteria. Each instrument package is date stamped and has temperature indicators inside and outside of the bags, which turn color when proper sterilization has been achieved. Once sterilized no instruments are touched by ungloved hands, to further control contamination.
